At Experience Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the vinyl in its original packaging, ensuring the record is securely cushioned to prevent any corner dings or surface scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
